• Return Consultation

  As the naturopathic treatment is progressive, treatment strategies are in-depth and must be monitored and reviewed to ensure you are receiving optimal treatment. This session is an opportunity to fine-tune and make any changes to your individualised treatment plan and to follow up on any pathology results. The follow-up consultation will be four weeks after the initial consultation.

• Cancellation Policy

  We have a strict cancellation policy. We ask that you give at least 24 hours to change or cancel your appointment time so that others may use the time allocated to you and avoid the cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of the normal consult fee will apply if cancelled less than 24 hours.

• Appointment Changes

  Rescheduling appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on our discretion and may incur 50% of the fee. Failure to attend will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.
