During your first appointment, we will create an extensive case history to determine an overview of your current health, including medical history, gut health, genetics, nutritional status, dietary analysis and lifestyle factors. We look thoroughly at any recent tests or bloodwork you have had done in the last 12 months.

At the end of your first appointment, an individual treatment plan including a prescription and recommendations will be formulated and emailed to you. Nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle recommendations will be suggested to provide short and long-term relief. These will be delivered to your door.

We may also perform or request further investigations and pathology tests - such as general pathology, allergy testing. We will go through your results together in a consultation so you understand every aspect and be able to ask questions as we go along. Outside testing is not included in the consultation price.

As the Naturopathic treatment is progressive, treatment strategies are in-depth and must be monitored and reviewed to ensure you are receiving optimal treatment. This session is an opportunity to fine-tune and make any changes to your individualised treatment plan and to follow up on any pathology results.

The follow-up consultation will be four weeks after the initial consultation.
